Pickerel Lake, with its hard sand bottom, provides
excellent fishing, boating, or swimming. Over half of the
12-mile shoreline consists of undeveloped woodlands which
creates a beautiful setting. Pickerel Lake is home to an
abundance of wildlife, like loons, eagles, osprey, blue
heron, and deer.
There are more than 1300 lakes in the St. Germain area.
Some of the lakes in the immediate area are listed on
the St.
Germain website.
