Pickerel Lake

Pickerel Lake
Lake Size: 736 Acres

Maximum Depth: 17 feet

Access: Boat Ramp

Fish: Muskie, Northern, Largemouth and Smallmouth Bass, Walleye, Perch, Bluegill

Water Flow: Water enters the lake from the Saint Germain River on the north end. Water exits the lake from the south moving through the canal across Hwy J into Dog Lake, Gilmore Lake and flowing into the Wisconsin River, below the Rainbow Flowage Dam.

Pickerel Lake, with its hard sand bottom, provides excellent fishing, boating, or swimming. Over half of the 12-mile shoreline consists of undeveloped woodlands which creates a beautiful setting. Pickerel Lake is home to an abundance of wildlife, such as loons, eagles, osprey, blue heron, and deer.

There are more than 1300 lakes in the St. Germain area.  Some of the lakes in the immediate area are listed on the St. Germain website.
