Rates and Reservation Information

ARRIVAL TIME AND DATES
During the summer season, there are only weekly rentals beginning and ending on Saturday. Summer Season - 2nd Saturday after Memorial Weekend to 3rd Saturday in August. Check in after 3 p.m.; check out by 9 a.m.

Daily rentals accepted for Spring and Fall with a 2-night minimum stay. There is a 3-night minimum stay for Winter rentals and Memorial & Labor Day Weekend, Musky Tournament, FallFest, Cranberry Fest, Colorama, Deer Season, and Snowmobile Derby Weekend. We reserve the right to place daily guests in a different unit to accommodate weekly reservations. Off-season check in and check out times are flexible.

RESERVATIONS / DEPOSITS
Reservations can be made up to one year in advance.

One-third of total rent is required as deposit to confirm weekly reservations. During Spring, Fall, and Winter, a day's deposit is required.

Advanced reservations recommended. Reservations made by phone or e-mail will be held 7 days. No refunds for late arrivals or early departures. Balance on your rental due upon arrival. Guests must pay for all dates confirmed. Payment by cash or check only.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Summer deposits are non-refundable unless cabin can be re-rented. Then, your deposit, less a 25% cancellation fee will be refunded. Spring, Fall, and Winter - if you provide more than 30-days notice, your deposit less a 25% cancellation fee will be refunded. Less than a 30-day notice, your deposit less a 25% cancellation fee will be refunded only if the vacancy can be filled.

SNOWMOBILE CANCELLATION
Cancellations due to the absence of snow (trails must be closed), your entire deposit will be credited to a future reservation made within a year.
